For over 40 years, Astro Pak Corporation has been committed to providing the best services and results to our customers. According to various regulatory and industry requirements, bacterial growth in critical environments must meet acceptable levels. Our proprietary UltraPass 100 program incorporates a sanitization step after the passivation, using the most effective chemistries available in the market. Astro Pak provides sanitizing programs such as hot water sanitization using pure water and a dedicated CIP system, a complete cleaning step followed by a chemical disinfection and sterilization using unique chemistries. Furthermore, our company assists those challenged with Biofilm issues or microbial influence corrosion.

Astro Pak's employees are trained to work under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to ensure that services meet specific requirements for identity, strength, quality, and purity. Additionally, personnel receive extensive training to obtain a superior knowledge of OSHA laws for job safety and EPA regulations for waste disposal. That knowledge coupled with their advanced skill level and state-of-the-art equipment has allowed us to produce consistency in our services.
Equipment Used
Our fleet of sanitation equipment includes portable 220 volt mixing skids, portable dedicated 480 CIP skids, steam generating equipment, DI water generating, COP (cleaning out place) equipment, and spray balls or jetting nozzles. We have the capability of tailoring our services to your needs contingent on the scope of your project.
