Astro Pak Corporation is the worldwide leader in precision cleaning and Ultra Pass ® passivation technologies. Our certified clean rooms ranging from ISO class 4 (class 100 to class 1000) also provide cleanliness verification testing services to ensure the cleanliness of critical high-purity fluid and gas systems, optimal surface ratios of atomic elements for enhanced corrosion resistance, as well as hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing to assure the integrity of hardware at operating pressures.
Astro Pak has provided cleanliness verification testing, hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing services for our customers since 1959. Our services are required for clients with highly specialized medical device cleaning, medical parts cleaning, aerospace parts cleaning, semiconductor parts cleaning and military parts cleaning needs.
Services Provided
- Particle counting and sizing in fluid and gas systems and on other critical surfaces such as optics for high-energy lasers
- Non-volatile residue ( NVR) measurement for critical surfaces including oxygen/ozone service components and other applications where residue levels are critical
- Atomic surface analysis and results interpretation using techniques such as ESCA, Auger, and other high-energy beam analysis
- Gas analysis for moisture, hydrocarbon content, and other contaminants to certify the cleanliness and/or dryness of breathing air, oxygen, chemical service and other critical gas systems
- Hydrostatic proof pressure integrity testing
- Pneumatic proof pressure testing
- Corrosion rate testing and monitoring for high-purity water systems using Astro Pak Corporation's proprietary corrosion rate monitor
