Astro Pak's 100+1 Program was developed as a way of reinforcing the company's vision of "Always meeting, then exceeding, our customers' expectations for the purpose of creating a new standard of excellence". Fundamentally we view our customer's expectations as representing 100% of what we need to accomplish. However, Astro Pak does not want to stop there, because...

Astro Pak does not feel that we are going to create excellence in our activities until we do something that is beyond what our customers expect. Therefore, in order to create real customer loyalty, we have developed our 100+1 program to remind and reward all Astro Pak employees of their customer service goals.

Specifically, we have focused on three components that we feel will show the customer we are a "+1" company. These are:

  1. Eliminate defects (mistakes) in our services.
  2. Respond in a timely manner to our customers needs.
  3. Show the customer we care about how our services are rendered and perceived by providing customized solutions to their unique needs.

It is through this last effort that we really feel we are going to prove to our customers that we are serious about achieving a +1 corporate culture. It is our sincerest desire that all of our customers receive superior service from Astro Pak. We hope that you will appreciate these efforts as we continue to strive towards meeting and exceeding all of your expectations.
